		I graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York City in 1985. I did my internship at Milton Glaser's design studio. I continued to live in Manhattan for 2 years after graduation, working as a graphic designer at PC Magazine.

	Then, in 1987, I moved back to Buffalo. I started painting in my mother's basement. Some of these pieces are from that period. In 1991, I was very lucky to study advanced illustration with the late Alan E. Cober at the University of New York at Buffalo.
